Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to EORAAPI training fees and related registration payments made through official EORAAPI channels.
1. General Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable once a slot is confirmed, as administrative processing and training resource allocation begin immediately.
2. When Refunds May Be Considered
- Duplicate or verified excess payment.
- Official cancellation of the training by EORAAPI without available reschedule option.
- Other exceptional cases approved by management, subject to verification.
3. Participant-Initiated Cancellations
If a participant cancels, refund eligibility depends on review of the request, timing, and costs already incurred. Approved cases may be offered as partial refund, reschedule, or training credit.
4. Transfer or Reschedule
Where possible, EORAAPI may allow transfer to another schedule or replacement participant under the same training batch, subject to prior approval.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable period, usually 7-30 business days depending on payment method and verification requirements.
